Carbon neutral fuel supplier that’s committed to sustainability

We’re proud to be one of the UK’s first carbon neutral fuel suppliers  in line with international PAS 2060 and ISO 14064 standards. Our next goal is to reach net zero direct emissions (scope 1 & 2) by 2030 or sooner.

We’ve worked with an independent consultancy to produce our carbon reporting strategy that’s transparent and details where we are now and the steps we need to take over the next 5 years to achieve net zero direct emissions by 2030. Sustainability changes we’ve already made:

• We started voluntarily offsetting delivery emissions in 2012
• In 2018 we became one of the first fuel suppliers to introduce HVO fuel into the UK market
• Our entire delivery fleet has been switched to run on HVO fuel – reducing our transport net emissions by 89%
• Installed solar panels (over 550) at all our owned sites and switched to renewable energy tariffs
• We’ve started adding electric vehicles to our fleet
• Our company waste going to landfill has been reduced by 50%
• All our old IT equipment and barrels are recycled

Future changes:

• 2028 – Upgrades will be made to our fuel system pumps
• 2029 – All our small vehicles will be upgraded to electric
