We’re over the moon to announce that Beesley Fuels has just recently been bought by Crown Oil Ltd. This has enabled us to not only create a brand new website but also improve and expand our services.
How will this affect customers?
The acquisition means nothing but good news for customers. We will continue to trade under the Beesley Fuels name and guarantee existing customers a seamless transition and flawless continuity of the services.
The addition of Beesley will give the Group a base in a new territory, allowing it to better serve customers throughout the UK. It doesn’t matter if you’re located in the Midlands region, you’re on the other side of the country or you require a same-day or next-day delivery of HVO fuel, DERV, red diesel, kerosene, heating oil, AdBlue and more… we will be with you before you know it.
Beesley Fuels will have access to a wider range of low-carbon fuels and speciality lubricants. What’s more, all Beesley tankers’ delivery mileage will now be fully carbon offset.
Crown Oil, which is part of the £300 million turnover Crown Oil Group, was established over 70 years ago by the Greensmith family and now employs 1,500 people. The Group also offers fuel-related environmental services encompassing fuel testing and fuel polishing and has further expertise in utility connections, gas supply and uPVC building products.
Why the move?
The decision has arisen merely because Managing Director, Andrew Beesley is retiring after more than 50 years in the market, with a turnover of £8.5 million.
