How much fuel can you supply?

Whether you need a barrel or a bulk delivery, we can match your needs with quantities available from 205-litre barrels to 36,000+ litre deliveries from our large tanker fleet – and if you need more, we’ll send more tankers.

Where can you supply your fuel?

We supply most of our fuels and lubricants nationwide, however, some restrictions apply to our home heating oil deliveries, so call our fuel experts on 0330 123 1144 to see if we deliver to your area.

Can you help in the event of a fuel emergency?

Yes! Our same-day emergency fuel delivery service is available 24/7, 365 days a year meaning there’s no need to panic if your tank runs out of fuel.

Can you refuel hard-to-access storage tanks?

Our tankers are equipped with 12-metre, 53-metre or 60-metre hoses to ensure that we can access oil tanks regardless of their location on your site. Discuss your fuel requirements with our fuel experts and we’ll ensure that the most suitable tanker is sent to make your delivery.

Can you make a fuel delivery with no one present?

Home heating oil deliveries can be made with no one present as long as we can easily access your fuel tank. Our drivers will also need tank access to make fuel deliveries to business sites when no one is present – this may require a key/code to get through any gates and access to the lock on the fuel tank. You must discuss any site access requirements with our team when you place an order so that our delivery drivers can ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Will I be allocated a delivery slot?

Via our standard delivery service, we aim to deliver your fuel within 24-48 hours and when you place your order, you can arrange a morning/afternoon slot with your account manager if you have a preference.

During an emergency, we can make same-day fuel deliveries that will arrive as soon as possible. You can take advantage of our emergency fuel deliveries 24/7, 365 days a year.

How long will my fuel delivery take?

This will depend on the amount of fuel being delivered and how easy it is to access the fuel tank. Our drivers are all friendly and professional and will make the delivery as quick as possible with as little disruption to your site as possible.

Can I have my fuel delivered on a specific date?

Yes! If you need fuel to arrive on a specific date, please let your account manager know and we’ll be able to arrange the delivery.

How can I be sure of the quality of the fuels and oils you supply?

Our fuels and oils are quality-assured by our team of in-house chemists to ensure that you’re receiving products of the highest quality.

How can I save money on my fuel deliveries?

Typically, you’ll save money purchasing fuel outside of peak demand and by ordering in bulk. This is because wholesale fuel prices rise when demand peaks so when you place an order early and in bulk, you can make substantial savings. We supply a range of plastic and steel tanks, so if you have the space and capacity, you can take full advantage.

What payment terms and methods do you offer?
